ParticipantMi e successo anche a me basta che scarichi il plugin dal sito Multivendorx e fai aggiornamento tramite FTP e funziona senza problemi

ParticipantI uploaded it directly as a new plugin without erasing the previous versions and then wordpress gave me the option to substitute the old one with the uploaded one. No need for FTP. All good! 😀

KeymasterDaniel, it appears that our IP address and domain name is being blocked, which is why you’re encountering issues updating the plugins.
Kindly request your server administrator to whitelist our server IP addresses: 141.193.213.10 and 141.193.213.11. -

ParticipantHello, Sangita. I have white listed the IP addresses, so I made a test to see if that worked, but the issue persists. I flushed all the cache on site, server and browser before test with no luck.
I deactivated all plugins as well as CDN. Got same result.For now I have already updated the plugin uploading it directly to the site.

Keymaster@Daniel Sorry to hear that you have still faced the same issue on your end. But there can be multiple reasons like network issue, firewall issue, issue from your server’s end etc.
BUt we are currently working with the modification of the licensing. Hopefully in future updates we will add a fix for this so that you do not face the issue again.
