Hi, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

I have forwarded this to our dev team, they are looking into this.
For now, you can keep track of this from here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/661

Hi @dennis, It seems like your theme has implemented some custom work on our vendor dashboard and hence you are getting the error on your end.

As we are not able to recreate the issue on our end hence kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of your staging site with us so that we can check the issue on your end and help you accordingly to solve that.
While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

Thanks – you lead me to the correct place, and it is now fixed.

I have an extra question. Can I buy the plugin of making it possible for Vendors to add variable products? I just need that plugin and not the rest – do I have to buy the full Pro?

It is only Variable products, that I need 🙂

@dennis Thanks for the update about the error that you were facing earlier on your end.
And glad to hear that the error got resolved.
Yes, you need MultivendorX Pro in order to let vendor sell variable products. However, kindly note there is no such option of having only a single module of our MultiVendorX Pro (https://multivendorx.com/pricing/). Now as you want to use the variable product type of MultiVendorX Pro, in that case you will need to purchase a package accordingly.
Also in the MultiVendorX Pro you will get a lot of advanced features like live chat, vendor membership , vendor vacation and many more. To learn about all the features, kindly go through this doc here https://multivendorx.com/features/.
Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
