      Hello!!! The plugin works very well when a customer wants to buy only one product, but when they add more products to the shopping cart from different sellers, it doesn’t allow the purchase. Could you help me?

      calopez Sorry to hear that you are facing an issue.
      We have checked this on our end but we are not facing any issue while buying products from more than one vendor. Kindly check the video
      It seems like there might be some theme/plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure, deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX on your end and check again.
      If still the issue persists please create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site URL, temporary admin and FTP access with us. So that we can check the issue on your end.

      However, as you are facing issue on your end hence you can download the plugin from here – https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX.git and follow these steps :
      – Delete the installed MultiVendorX via wp-admin >> plugin
      – Unzip the GitHub plugin
      – Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and Now, zip this folder again.
      – Install this plugin on your site.

      Kindly download the MVX from here https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads/ and replace the old file with the new plugin file then activate the MultiVendorX pro.

      Kindly keep a back up of your site before we deactivate MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro on your end add the new plugin files. Also once you are done taking up the back up please let us know.

      @calopez Kindly let us know which payment method are you using for placing orders. Also check if the same issue occurs for some manual payment method like Cash on delivery or Bank transfer.

      @calopez Can you please check once by placing a test order with some manual payment method such as bank transfer or COD and let us know if the same issue is occurring while processing an order or not.

      @calopez Kindly follow the below steps on your end and check if you are facing any issue on your end or not –
      – Disable all plugins (including your custom payment plugin) except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX , MultiVendorX Pro on your end
      – Remove custom codes from your theme if you have added any, or switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three/storefront etc.
      — Go to WooCommerce >>Settings>>Payments, here enable any manual payment method (for example- Bank transfer)
      — Now place an order to check if you face any issue on your end or not.

      @calopez Thanks for the update. It seems like the issue is coming from some other plugin. So enable the plugins one at a time on your end to identify the culprit.
