I’m trying to test the commission withdrawal function, but running into the attached error. Is there a specific reason this would be happening? I was able to receive payment to PayPal, but now cannot pay out commission from the same account.

However, our plugin doesn’t display this error message. I guess you are using some other third-party plugin. Can you please check your plugin’s list? Make sure you are using only WC Marketplace (https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/) for the vendor’s part.

I’m only using WC Marketplace. This error is directly from my admin dashboard. See attached. After doing some digging, I found it may have to do with PayPal Payouts not being activated on my account. It should be added today, and I will let you know if this resolves the issue. In the meantime, is there a way to verify this by looking into the error message? I know you said it isn’t from the WC plugin, but it has to be…

As you are using another multivendor plugin, so all you have to do is install WC Marketplace (https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/). Then run the migration, this way all your vendors, their orders will be migrated.

As we can see from your screenshot you are using a third party plugin. Make sure you are using only WC Marketplace (https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/) for the vendor’s part.
After that use Vendor Dashbaord of WCMp,and check.
