      Hello,

      When I change a user’s email address, I get a critical error:

      I don’t have the latest version of the plugin and I can’t download it 🙁
      It’s too expensive for me to pay for it again, can you give me the fix for this error?

      @MaxenceTP, we truly understand your financial situation, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, it’s important to note that access to fixes, support, and new features is exclusively available to users with an active subscription.

      I understand, but I don’t need the new features.

      I just want this bug fixed, it’s not normal to have to pay $300 for a simple bug fix 🙁

      That’s not in my budget, that’s several months’ turnover for my small marketplace…

      Does 1 point = 1€ discount ?

      Hello @MaxenceTP, The formula that is used to count discounts by points is that (discount amount in USD = reward points/10).

      @MaxenceTP, There are multiple ways(sharing blogs, review, sharing story etc.) of earning reward points. And as you have already contributed in different ways in the past so you can surely submit those to claim your reward points. .
