Hello,

We had someone try to make a fraudulent purchase and Stripe blocked it. However, it created a “Failed” order and WCMP created a Commission and sent a New Order email to the vendor as if the order was valid.

Is there a solution to fix this? Thank you.

Thanks for sharing the thread. I’m not seeing failed in the code, so will it work as is or do I need to adjust it?

That code is for order status canceled and pending (https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/vendor-order-email-order-cancelled/#post-112660) . You have to pass another order status failed.
