Is this the correct procedure?
I am encountering an issue where a commission is created even when an order is failed on payment.

Since I put on auto disbursement, the commission is paid out without me getting paid.

Please help

@print88, as per our flow, the vendor will only be paid if the order has a processing or completed status.

So there must be some code that is paying the commission even when the order status is failed. Can you please check the custom code on your end?

But why it created a commission if it failed?

@print88 Commission will be created only when an order is placed successfully . If an order is failed then the commission will not be there,
Now kindly check the whole flow again on your end, disabling all the plugins on your end except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX.Please do keep us posted.
