At the bottom of the screen there is also a fatal error mentioned. This error looks like this:

We are not facing any such issues from our end.
Please check it once by changing your theme or deactivate the plugin.
If by applying the above methods doesn’t resolved your issues, then kindly share us your FTP access.

I have checked you site and the theme which you have used there is Bacolo so I have used the same theme in my system and used it as it works very well.
I am sharing the video which I have checked in my end
Please check from your end once. deactive then active your plugin and the theme you have used maybe it would work.

Hmm, i deactivated the plugin and then activated it again. It did change the lay-out, but there is still a mention of a critcal error in Dutch, see attached.

There is no staging for supermarkt because this website is not live yet. I have created a backup via Updraftplus, so you can use the current site. That’s why there is a password on the website, because it’s not live yet..

Hi @René Mirck, this is not a theme issue, as you can see I have activated the theme. But I did disabled all the other plugins and as you can see the add product page is working fine on your site: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/QOslD1iRDttOhQ7f9WG4

I have activated the plugin. But to detect which one is causing this issue, kindly disable all of them again and enable one plugin at a time to detect the culprit.
