      Justin, we tried many times but were not able to connect the stripe on your end.

      Can you please connect your vendor using your admin’s stripe sandbox account? Then share the vendor’s access, along with the vendor’s stripe access.

      So we can check there.

      Hi Moumita, I just reset all the MVX Stripe settings back to my original configuration as I saw you had changed Stripe Charge type, 3D/SCA, etc. but it did indeed work properly and MVX commissions matched up with Stripe transactions. I still have the older orders where it didn’t, so do you have any ideas what may have been the issue or see anything while you were in the site that could have been a potential issue? Also, can you point me to where the Stripe debug log is for future reference? That may help me debug issues on my own without bothering you.

      Also, as I mentioned previously in this thread, the product settings for Membership Plans are a little confusing when it comes to commissions. It says “Admin commission type” and then “Vendor Commission”. Is it only possible to use “Vendor Commssions” within membership plans and not have it set up as “Admin Fees” like the site wide Revenue Sharing Mode configuration under MVX->Settings->Commission? If it is, that’s fine. I can set it up all as Vendor Commissions and not Admin Fees, but I had originally set up the global commission settings to be Admin Fees instead of Vendor Commissions as Admin Fees was a more accurate portrayal of the business model.

      Hello Justin ,we are not sure why there was any issue.
      Because we didn’t change any code, just placed an order to see. This might be due to some configuration issue, but we are not sure.
      Regarding Membership, thanks for informing us about the text issue in the product settings of membership plan.We will fix the text in our next update.
