      Hello,

When accessing the Vendor Dashboard, I am getting this error message:

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the mvx-pro domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /var/www/vhosts/spendilly.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

With this error, the page is essentially “broken,” and the vendor cannot do any configuration, or any other action. I have not seen this occur on any other pages in MVX thus far, but I have been accessing the site as an admin and not from a potential vendor’s perspective till now.

I’m using the most current version of WordPress 6.7.1, and the most current version of MVX.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

      Thanks
      Frank J

Hello @Frank Kelly, I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

Regarding the notice you mentioned, I’ve already informed our development team, and they will implement the necessary modifications accordingly.

However, the issue on your vendor dashboard doesn’t appear to be caused by that notice. It seems there might be a theme or plugin conflict on your end. To troubleshoot this, could you please:

      — Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX.
      — Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.
      — Check if the issue persists.
If the problem continues with only the default theme and plugins active, we kindly request you to create a staging site that replicates your live site. Please share the following details for the staging environment:

      — Staging site URL
      — Temporary admin access
      — FTP access
This will allow us to investigate the issue further and assist you in resolving it. Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

We will look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello @Frank Kelly, Thank you for getting back to us and sharing access to your staging site.

It would be greatly helpful if you could share a video demonstrating the issue you’re experiencing on your end. This will enable us to understand the problem better and assist you more effectively.

Additionally, could you please confirm if we have your permission to deactivate plugins and themes on your staging site as needed for further investigation?

      Looking forward to your response.

      @Frank
Kelly, Thank you for sharing the details with us.

As the fix provided from our end would be temporary, we have reached out to the theme team for a permanent solution. By collaborating, we hope to implement a lasting fix for the issue. We’ve also looped you into the email thread so we can continue our discussion there.
