      Hello, I decided to ask for a refund on the WCMp Seller Verification since it isn’t what we needed. The order (ID #134578) was placed on February 18. After some weeks of testing we decided to ask for a refund since it didn’t quite meet our needs.

      We sent an email on February 28th, we complied with what was asked of us and after that we were informed on March 3 that my refund will be processed within 7 days.

      I’ve sent a further email on March 14th after still not receiving a refund and yet again on March 15th. Still no update and no refund.

        Hi

        On my end I only have the Advanced Front End Manager.

        I deleted the key on my account here. Maybe that’s the issue.
