      From the transaction details screen that can be confirmed from the vendor dashboard, even if the status is canceled or refunded, it seems that the customer is not automatically refunded.

      How can a vendor refund a customer?

      Is it possible to make an automatic refund using Stripe connect?

      Hello,

      Thank you for reaching out to us.

      In WCMp the refund process is manual. Once the customer requests for refund the vendor needs to manually send the money to the customer.
