ParticipantI got the file, thanks.
I got a question regarding Order status on orders.
After the update of your plugin, it seems that i am not able to manually change the order status of a Sub-order via the Woocommerce order manager any longer? Before the update, this was possible. This makes it really hard to test flows.
I tested buying a newly created product, using Offline Payment (WooCommerce payment method) at checkout just for testing purposes. The order went through and was listed in the Woocommerce Order manager. A Parent order and a Sub-order was created. I was able to change the Status of the Parent order, but when i then tried to change the status of the Sub-order, it just reloads the page and goes back to “Processing” – so it is essentially just stuck on “Processing”.. I am able to change it to other status such as “Shipped”, “Cancelled”.. But not “Completed”..
Does it have something to do with me not using Stripe as the payment method?
Would you be able to explain to me, what is happening and help me resolve this issue?
Right now i wanna test how the Payout function is working – but i cant test it, if the Sub-order is never gonna be set to Completed.

KeymasterHi there,
We’re glad to hear that you were able to access the files on your end.
We’d also like to inform you that the official MultiVendorX Pro 2.0.0 has now been released. You can download the latest version from here: https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads/
Regarding the issue with the suborder status update from the WooCommerce Orders page, we’ve tested this using an offline payment method on our end and did not encounter any issues with the order status updates. For your reference, you can check the video here where we are checking the flow with the Direct Bank Transfer option – https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/51929604?key=fa7858747fb33b991d598f8eac0e18ff.
Since the issue is occurring specifically on your setup, we kindly request you to share access to your staging site (where the issue can be replicated), along with temporary admin and FTP credentials. This will allow us to investigate the issue directly in your environment and assist you more effectively.
Additionally, please remember to mark your reply as private while sharing the access details.
We look forward to hearing back from you.

KeymasterThat’s a great question Casper!
In MultiVendorX 5.0, we’ve introduced a feature called Custom Gateway:
https://prnt.sc/4kf2o4Ed7OuXUsing this, you can manually update the wallet balance. It seems this isn’t functioning correctly at the moment. We’ll share the working flow with you by tomorrow so you can use it properly:

ParticipantSo even though i tested with the offline direct bank transfer and not actual “real money” – the system thinks that those 200 dollars are now available for payout and if the store owner request these for payout, it will automatically transfer this amount to their Stripe connect account?
Keep in mind, when i refer to the Store owner – this is a test profile that i created only for testing purposes, we dont have any actual live real users yet.

KeymasterCasper, you can temporarily change the store’s payout method from Stripe to Bank Transfer via MultiVendorX → Stores → Edit Store. See this screenshot:
https://prnt.sc/Gg1BuNeaeKN6Then go to Disburse Payment, enter the amount (e.g., 200), and release the funds. Refer to this screenshot:
https://prnt.sc/XhFyYBf_apGTSince this is a bank transfer method, no real money will be transferred. You can switch the payout method back to Stripe afterward.
