      How to get the 2.0.0 version of the Multivendorx Plugin. How do we activate the Pro license – or move some of our v 1.3.25 licenses to 2.0.0?

      We are releasing MultiVendorX Pro 2.0.0 today. Once the release is complete, you will be able to download the latest version of the plugin from here: https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads/

      We recommend testing it on a staging site along with the latest version of the MultiVendorX free plugin to ensure everything is working properly before deploying it to your live site.

      We have reviewed the points you mentioned regarding the membership plan. Please find our responses inline below:

      – The screen came up, but not all options can be saved – for example, Membership Price always defaults to unselected.

      >> We have checked this on our end, and the prices are being saved correctly. Kindly refer to this video for confirmation:

      We request you to please recheck this on your end.

      – The Features Display does not get saved
      – /membership page (where the membership plans are visible to all)
      Earlier, the table was missing but the membership name and buy button were visible. Now nothing is showing, so it’s not possible to add to cart.

      >> The added features are being saved and displayed correctly. Also the “Add to cart” button is also there. You can refer to this screenshot:

      Since the features and plans are saving correctly on our end, we kindly request you to recheck the setup and page configuration. Please ensure the membership plans are published and the page is properly configured.

      – Additional: If we set a one-time payment ($10), the membership table in the MVX admin screen shows $10/month
