Hello, Since our company is doing the shipping and fulfilment we would like to charge the shipping on a flat rate (4,80$) and don’t let vendors putting their own shipping. Also we are using strip connect so the customer has to be charged for the shipping but the money should stay in the admin account ( because we pay the shipping and not the vendor ) How is that possible? thanks

>>> you can set your own shipping methods by navigating to WOOcommerce >>> settings >>>> shipping >>> then under the shipping zone you can add the respective shipping method, in this case, you can add ( flat rate shipping )

>>> to get the amount from the customer and then pay your vendors then under the WCMp settings >>> payment >>> under the revenue sharing mode select it as admin fee , then proceed further with the commission amount -

Yes and I tried to make a test order and the total was : 5$ + 4.80$shipping = 9.80$ and after the purchase I see on the stripe account that only 5$ has been charged

And if I configure a flat rate shipping for each vendor its work but when you add products from different vendors to the cart there is an issue.

And also the customers will pay the shipping for each vendors and I want to charge the shipping only one time

So the perfect transaction would be this
the CUSTOMER add to cart the product A from VENDOR 1, also the product B from VENDOR 2.
in the checkout should appear : product A + product B + Shipping cost : 4.80$
After the purchase => $4.80(shipping cost) + commission goes to admin account and ==> VENDORS COMMISSIONS goes to their account.

I tried again and again and I can’t figure out how to fix the shipping problem,
Actually when in my basket I’ve Product A from vendor 1 and product B from vendor 2
The credit card is not charged of the shipping amount flat rate I’ve setup in my shipping settings.
I don’t want the vendors to take care of the shipping because we are manufacturing the goods and ship for them.
So we just need to charge the shipping on our own.
Please give me a solution

Can I add product to my store that are not linked to a vendor? Will the payment work if someone buy my product store + products from a vendor?
>>>>> Yes, you as an admin can definitely add products to your site and the customer can buy your product with the desired vendor product.
The payment procedure will not get hamper for is, provided you as an admin will receive the desired commission for the products respectively.
The credit card is not charged of the shipping amount flat rate I’ve setup in my shipping settings.
>>>>> Make sure that you have enabled “Shipping” via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment.
And if it does not work then , you can please create a staging site and share the admin FTP access so we can check.
While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private. -

The products bought from the different vendors added with the flat rate shipping are successfully carried out with the checkout process.
Also if you disable the shipping option under the payment tab the vendors will not receive the shipping cost .
The commission that is visible under the WCMp shows the amount that will get transferred to the vendors deducting the shippingRegards

Yes and the problem is that you charge shipping for each vendors so the customer will pay the shipping two times. And I want to setup a global shipping for 4.80$ even if you order from two vendors

HI , in that case you need to disable the shipping from the vendors ends () ,so to avoid the vendors from configure the shipping from their end and hence the entire shippings charges will be transfer to the admin
You just need to follow the view steps : from the dashboard >>> WCMp settings >>> under the general tab disable vendor shipping .

Yes if I disable the vendor shipping option and put a flat rate directly in my woo commerce setting then it will be shown in the total but not charged by stripe.Please look the video you can see the flat rate on the invoice, but when I check the transactions from the vendors in stripe the shipping is not charged, just the products total from vendors

@Steven S, can you please confirm whether you want admin to set shipping rate but the vendor will receive that.

Come on!! You don’t understand or what ? You are adding a flat rate from the vendor it’s not what I’m doing , you told me that you gonna fix the issue and now you tell me this ?
