Hello! We talked a lot about payments in another topic but I have a problem with the bank transfer.
If I buy from a shop that accept ONLY bank transfer in the checkout there is the possibility to pay with card but I don’t want this option. If a customer buy from a shop who wants only bank transfer, the customer must not be able to pay by card.
How to do it? Thank you!

Hi @artweb.frog, let me explain the payment flow :
The default flow of WC Marketplace only handles the payment from the admin to the vendor. Now the admin of the site will get full payment of the order because the customer uses the payment mode enabled via WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payment. (see this scrrenshot – https://prnt.sc/lxbdew)
So customers can choose the payment method set via WooCommerce, on the checkout page while placing the order.

Now as per WCMp Schedule and payment mode (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/m7tciu), the vendor will get their part of the commission. This means it will pay vendors in their selected payment mode except for Bank Transfers. As Bank Transfer is a manual process, hence admin needs to pay the money to the vendor directly.

@artweb.frog, as shared on the above thread, WooCommerce payment option is not dependent on WCMP vendor payment.
Therefore it will not check what payment mode is set by the vendor. It will only check which payment options are activated for the site.

so the flow you are looking for i.e. “If a customer buy from a shop who wants only bank transfer, the customer must not be able to pay by card.”, ot requires good amount of custom code.

But can you find some tricks to make the customer buy without having to pay so the seller can then get in private contact?
I remember I found a trick but cant remember how

I mean. If there was a way to buy the order even without paying it would be fine. Then the seller would contact the customer in private for private payment.
So… I add two items, one is payed with stripe, the other one is like paid.

@artweb.frog, you can use a custom payment mode by using any such plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-other-payment-gateway/

Then using the order note section, vendors can customer can communicate using mails.

It seems fine but it works if I have two different products? Can we talk or chat? Is very difficult in this way. The issue is very simple, is strange there is not a solution. I probably can’t explain myself
