Hello I hope you are very well, could you please help me with something, sellers cannot edit orders from their panel and the status of woocommerce failed orders is not synchronized with that of the seller.

Hi, thank you for getting in touch with us.
We tried to recreate this on our end but didn’t face any such issues.
https://www.loom.com/share/91fb84096e1b4b6da1a79aa54eba8e5bIt seems like theme/plugin issue on your end. Kindly disable all other plugins except for woocommerce and WCMp and WCMp addons and then check.

Hello, thank you very much for answering, we were doing the tests with the plugins deactivated but we still have the same problems, all orders are updated except those of failed orders, they appear as “Waiting or En Espera in Spanish”, neither the seller can edit the orders.

Hi, we tried to access your seller site using your given credentials, but it gave us the warning mentioning “Sorry, you don’t have permission to edit this item.”
