i followed the steps you gave me i removed 29-49 still its same nothing has changed.

Kindly share temporary admin access of your site and also the ftp access with us. Our team will check this on your end as the overriding is working fine for us. While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

hello the overriding did not work, however editing the code directly worked for me.

@escatechafrica You need to make changes in the template file. As the changes in the main plugin file will not be there after an update of MultiVendorX.
As we have shared earlier the template overriding is working fine on our end. Kindly check again the overriding path and try to override the template. So that the modification will not be lost with the update of the plugin. But without site access we can’t say for sure, why the overriding is not working for you,

@escatechafrica As we have shared earlier, the template overriding is working fine on our end. If you have followed the provided overriding path correctly there should not be any issue with the template overriding.
Now as you are still not able to override the template file on your end, kindly share the site url, temporary admin username, password and the login access of your cpanel. So that we can check by overriding the template file on your end.
Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

@escatechafrica You just need to share the staging site url, temporary admin username and password and reach out to your server admin and from them get the FTP details and share that here in the forum . Or if you have a c-pannel then share the access details with us.
