I’m using your version Version 2.4.2
      Wordpress version: 6.4.3

I have my settings properly configured, but my in stock notifier just recently stopped working. When I type in an e-mail address and click the button, it says “processing” and nothing else happens. The form never submits. How can I resolve this?

Hi @SuedePflow, Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end.
We implemented some modifications in our latest update, which is why we are currently running a migration process to transfer old settings to the new ones.
For your site, it seems that the migration process didn’t execute properly, resulting in the error. Kindly disable the plugin and then re-enable it. This action should trigger the migration process again. Afterward, please conduct further tests.
Please do keep us posted regarding the same.

Success. It worked to disable and enable again. Thanks for the help!

New issue. Subscription e-mails aren’t being sent now. As the admin, I am receiving notifications of subscriptions. But the subscriber is not receiving a confirmation of subscription and also not receiving an e-mail notification that the product is back in stock. Please advise.

@SuedePflow, Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. However, we have checked the flow mentioned by you on our end and it is working perfectly fine. Kindly check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/24587933?key=eb7bfc94b7294cbe96bd8d39aba2d109.
Kindly install a plugin like Email log on your end to check if the mails are getting triggered or not.
Please do keep us posted regarding the same.

Here’s my log. We have experimented with 6 different customer e-mail addresses. The log is showing they are sending, and the ones going to the admin e-mail are coming through every time. But customers are only receiving about 1 in every 10 that are supposedly sent. It’s flat out not working the way it should. There’s not an issue with spam filtering either. Please advise.

I challenge you to try for yourself. See if you receive an e-mail after subscribing: https://volkmetalcraft.com/product/blem-1g-awd-dsm-front-crossmember-bar-opt-2/

Hi SuedePflow, let me assist you here, our plugin only triggers these mails and ask your email server to sent them to the recipients. As you can see in the email log, that you shared, those emails has been triggered properly.

Now, your email server is not able to deliver them to the recipients. So kindly contact your email server admin to locate the issue.
      Please do keep us posted.
