      1) We’ve initiated a test order but noticed that after adding the freight link, the amount changed in the email sent to the customer, and it was also added to the product cost. Could you please log in to our website and check the email logs for further details?

      Kindly deactivate plugins other than WooCommerce, MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX pro on your end and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three or storefront and check the flow again and let us know whether the problem persists.
