Hello,
In the last update, Woocommerce added information about the customer to the order: https://prnt.sc/nJ0wVAkASCcl
However, the number of orders and the total is incorrect because it takes into account the sub-orders that you create. Here is the list of orders for this user: https://prnt.sc/gFd_OwAKb0a7To help you, here’s the pull request that was merged for this feature: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/39701
Can you fix the problem?
Thank you -

@MaxenceTP, In our last to last update, we haven’t encountered any issues with orders. We’re not exactly sure why you faced this problem. Please keep an eye on it, and if it happens again, let us know.

I have this problem with all my customers on my production site.
The total displayed by Woocommerce doesn’t always correspond to the number of orders + suborders, but it’s always greater than the number of orders. So I’m not sure where this could be coming from

@MaxenceTP, it seems like the issue is arising from the source code of this pull : https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/39701.
To be hundred percent sure we have further investigated by deactivating MultiVendorX, after that the suborders become the main order of WooCommerce. As you can see, still wrong data is displayed under that section. Check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/24143223?key=8b841d17b7a192d0abb67cc515c4a929.
We would suggest you reach out to the Woocommerce team for this.
Note:Our team searched for a hook for this new added section but it seems they have not added any hook for this. So, it is quite difficult to provide any fix for this also. -

Ok strange, let’s let Woocommerce fix that then 🙂
