Dear Team,
I was looking into the options of paying the vendors their commissions and found that the I can not mark them paid if there is no payment method selected.
Currently we are paying our vendors commissions via Cash instead of any of the options provided in the WCMP commission payment options.
Can you please add a cash payment option so I can mark our commissions paid.. -

Yes you’re right this is our flow . unless any payment method is selected the commission cannot be marked as paid , but not to worry by using the loco plugin you can rename the direct bank transfer payment method as cash payment method . the documentation link https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-translation-guide/And once you select the payment method the flow will be achieved and the commission will get reflected .

Thank you for the prompt reply,
I have installed the loco translate plugin on our staging website, but I have no clue on where to change the bank transfer from. I went through the documentation link you had sent but I could not find anything related to this issue. -

Also I am facing issue with email notification,
everytime a vendor uploads or updates a products, the notification says “NEW COUPON SUBMITTED BY ….” instead it should be saying “NEW PRODUCT SUBMITTED”… Its the same issue when the vendor updates his/her products.. -
