Issue when adding a booking for a bookable product from vendor dashboard

      Hi Support,
      I’ve noticed an issue when a vendor tries to add a booking for a bookable product from the vendor dashboard. If the product’s booking duration is set to hours, there’s no option to select the time, unlike when booking from the site frontend.
      Could you please look into this?

      Hello @Arturo Alvarez,Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your inquiry about the booking process.
      We’d like to clarify that our implementation is based on the WooCommerce Bookings workflow. With our plugin we have just broadened the support of WooCommerce bookings for the vendors. Now currently, when creating an order manually, WooCommerce Bookings only provides an option to add a date, not a specific time. As we’ve implemed the same flow of WooCommerce bookings for the vendors it is not possible to add new settings from our end.

      However not to worry. Please be assured that if WooCommerce Bookings introduces a time selection feature for manual bookings in the future, we will promptly implement this for vendors as well.

      Hi Sangita,
      Thank you for your prompt response.
      Upon reviewing the manual booking process in the WooCommerce Booking section via the WordPress dashboard, I am able to see the time selection option after choosing a date. Please refer to the screenshot I’ve attached for further clarification.
      If a product has the “Booking duration” attribute set to hours, this time selection feature appears both on the front end for users and during manual bookings through the WooCommerce ‘Add Booking’ option.

      @Arturo Alvarez, We’ve checked on our end, and there’s no time option available when adding a booking manually in the admin area. Please take a look at the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/ZF7Y3WBOSj0t.

      Could you please provide access to a staging site? This will allow us to investigate the manual booking process further and assist you accordingly.

      Hi @Arturo Alvarez, We have successfully recreated the issue with the time selection option not appearing in the vendor dashboard when adding a booking manually. I have notified the development team about this, and they will be working on a fix shortly.

      We’re aiming to include a fix for the issue with adding a time when manually creating bookings from the vendor’s side in our next update, scheduled for release next week.
