ParticipantHello,
We are using your plugin for the Stripe Marketplace integration, and the overall configuration appears to be operational. However, during our tests while placing an order, we encounter the following error message: “You passed an empty string for ‘payment_method’. We assume empty values are an attempt to unset a parameter; however, ‘payment_method’ cannot be unset. You should remove ‘payment_method’ from your request or supply a non-empty value.”
When examining the Ajax request sent upon order submission, I can see that the payment_method parameter is correctly set to mvx-stripe-marketplace (please see the attached screenshot).Could you advise on where we can check for more detailed responses or debug logs regarding this issue?
The site where we are conducting the tests is: https://solook.fr/
Thank you for your assistance.

KeymasterHi @Alexandre MAUROUARd, We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.
To check the debug log, you can: Navigate to your admin dashboard: WooCommerce > Status > Logs, or.
Access your server and go to: mvx pro folder > Modules > Stripe Marketplace > Log.
If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.-

ParticipantHello,
We have enabled the logging system, but nothing has been recorded. The same error persists. I believe the issue might be related to the overall order validation form.
On our WordPress page, we currently have the following content:
<!– wp:shortcode –>[woocommerce_checkout]<!– /wp:shortcode –>Is there anything else that needs to be added or configured?
At this point, I’m unable to proceed further without assistance.
Thank you in advance for your help!

KeymasterHi @Alexandre MAUROUARd, Could you please create a staging site that replicates your live site exactly? Kindly share the staging site URL along with temporary admin and FTP access so we can investigate the issue further and assist you.
Additionally, a video demonstrating the steps to recreate the issue would be very helpful.
When sharing the access, please remember to mark your reply as private.

ParticipantHello,
This works in your case because the site is completely empty. In our case, we have a child theme and extensions.
The issue is not resolved on our end… -

KeymasterHi @Alexandre MAUROUARd, Thank you for getting back to us!
As mentioned earlier, when only the default plugins (MultiVendorX, MultiVendorX Pro, WooCommerce) and a default theme are active, the Stripe Marketplace payment flow works smoothly. However, the issue arises when all your plugins and custom theme are activated, indicating a potential conflict with another plugin or the theme.
To help identify the root cause, please follow these steps:
— Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro.
— Switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.
— Test the payment flow again to confirm it works without conflicts.
— Reactivate the other plugins one at a time, testing the payment flow after each activation.Once you identify the conflicting plugin or theme, kindly share its details with us. This will help us investigate the conflict further and provide appropriate assistance.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this for you!
