      Hi,

I’m using the Enquiry Catalog plug in.
In the form, items “Name” and “Email” is by default shown our email address to the users.
They need to delete the info in order to fill in the form with their data.
      How can I remove that?

      Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

By default flow, catalog enquiry takes the current user name and the email of the user as per his account. Now if you want to show some other details on the enquiry form then you have to do custom coding at your end.

Let us know if you need any help then our team will help you with the filter with through which you can change it.

Hi, in my website I’m not using a user profile registration form or sign up.
My idea is that every person which navigate the website could send a request throught the enquiry form without any registered account because I don’t use that functionality.

So I need that the enquiry form could be blank to let people fill in with their data.
Can you help me to fix this?

      Hello,
As per your requirement, you can set this settings from admin dashboard >> catalog >> settings >> choose user as all user from the drop down as you can see here https://prnt.sc/10b9kbm
Now you will see the enquiry form with blank fields as you can see here https://prnt.sc/10b9vu2
Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance.
