ParticipantI created a test order with Sister Secrets. Order#35732. When I tried to add Tracking to the order it won’t let me. The screen goes white but you can’t add tracking or get into the tracking field.
Can you log into the Sister Secrets Dashboard and try to see if you can get the Tracking to work, please.

KeymasterSorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue. Please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro, then check if the issue persists. Additionally, switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Five or Storefront.
If the problem still occurs with only the default plugins and a default theme, please create a staging site that mirrors your live site. Share the staging site URL, along with temporary admin and FTP access, so we can investigate and assist you further.

While there is no issue with new orders, we did notice the issue persists with older orders. Our development team is currently debugging this on your site, and I will keep you posted as soon as I receive an update from them.

Keymaster@Dhruv Jha, Our team has further investigated the issue on your site and found that the problem occurs specifically with orders that are already marked as shipped. For non-shipped orders, the flow is working as expected—the tracking info popup opens correctly.
Now as per the default functionality, the tracking info input box is not supposed to appear for shipped orders, so in that regard, the flow is functioning as intended. However, we did notice a difference between our setup and yours: on our end, the option to open the popup is simply disabled for shipped orders, whereas on your end, clicking the same option results in an error.
This suggests that the issue may be due to some corruption or inconsistency in your database. If you’d like us to look into it further, we can proceed with a site reset to see if the error persists. Please confirm, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Keymaster@Dhruv Jha, We’ve rechecked your site, and as mentioned earlier, everything appears to be working as expected.
According to the default flow, the popup opens correctly for orders that are yet to be shipped. For orders that have already been shipped, the option becomes non-clickable, and as a result, the popup will not open —this is the intended behavior.
We kindly request you to test the flow again using a new order that hasn’t been shipped yet. If you encounter any issues or receive any errors during the process, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
