ParticipantHi
I am having issues enabling Elementor Pro with MVX (Free version, enabling Pro version makes no difference). I have disabled all plugins (with the exception of MVX And WooCommerce + Elementor Free ) and this works. As soon as Elementor Pro is activated, I cannot edit any Elementor pages and the twirling circle of death appears.
I will post a link in a private window below:

ParticipantNote I have also tried using the default 25 WordPress theme to eliminate any theme conflicts, same result

KeymasterHello, Thank you for reaching out to us. The issue you’re experiencing is due to the recent update of Elementor Pro. However, you can follow the steps outlined in this documentation to resolve it: https://multivendorx.com/docs/faqs/elementor-widget-section-loading-while-desiging-the-store-page/.
If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

ParticipantThank you, I have tried all the suggestions you mentioned and none work. Enabling Safe mode is not feasible for me because in doing so, it removes certain elements from the Elementor pages which renders the page, but not as it should look. Besides, running Elementor in Safe mode all the time should not be necessary, and should only used for troubleshooting.
The issue is with MVX and Elementor Pro, I have eliminated all other possibilities, please can you investigate and fix the issue?

ParticipantHi Sangita
I really don’t have the time to chase up incompatibility issues with vendors, this is an issue that you should be able to resolve on behalf of me, the paying customer. So I will await your reply on this urgent matter. I have done all the troubleshooting to prove the problem exists, so please try and resolve as soon as possible

Keymaster@dgtise, Thanks for getting back. I completely understand your concern, and I want to assure you that our team has been actively working on this internally.
The conflict has arisen due to changes made on Elementor’s end, and having detailed information from their team would have allowed us to implement a fix much more efficiently and easily. We have already reached out to them regarding this issue (https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/29865), but unfortunately, we haven’t received any meaningful assistance so far.
That said, our team is continuing to work on this, and we’re hopeful that we’ll be able to provide you with an update soon. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

ParticipantHi Sangita
ooking at the github link above, it seems they have closed the request so I doubt you’ll get anymore support this way. Also, they did ask who ‘We’ are, so it was not clear that you were asking on behalf of MVX. From what I can deduce they think this is a personal request, rather than coming from a company..
..perhaps time for this to be escalated via your C Suite to theirs as a last resort?

KeymasterThank you for your insights. We did notice that the original GitHub request was closed, so after that, we created another thread seeking assistance. However, we still haven’t received any impactful support from their team.
That said, our development team is actively working on this, and we will keep you posted as soon as we have an update. We truly appreciate your patience and support.

ParticipantThank you. Just as a side note, I have downgraded Elementor Pro to 3.26.3 an still see the problem exists, so are you 100% sure this is due to only a recent Elementor issue but more related to MVX instead?

Keymaster@dgtise, There are no issues with MultiVendorX when using Elementor version 3.25.11 and Elementor Pro version 3.25.5 or earlier. The issue started appearing in later versions of Elementor and Elementor Pro.
However, as mentioned, our team is actively investigating this, and we will keep you updated on any progress.
