Yes, I translated the vendor page. Actually I auto translated complete website using WPML. But I am getting some issues regarding your plugin compatibility.
Vendor Detail page is not translated as it is not a custom post type & it kept loading or shows 404 error when opened in translated language.
You can check from vendor lisitng page. (https://maarazim.com/vendors)
Moreover Vendor dashboard is also not working properly mainly (All Products, Edit Product) you can check by yourself I am giving you vendor login Details & Videos also
