Hi,

I’m having an error when playing video from the Knowledgebase articles.
When I go to play the video it doesn’t show the video, I can only hear the audio, and the control buttons are not visible either.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch with us.
We tried to recreate this on our end but didn’t face any such issues.

It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and WCMp add-ons check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Twenty and check again.
