I found this support dealing with my similar request:

When I add the code from the above post however; – The “Sold By: Vendor Name” appears twice on my Basket as well as Checkout pages. How to remove the second instance which does not have the hyperlink.

Also; – the newly added link appears between the ‘Product Name’ and the selected “Variation” of the product. how to move it below the Product Variation?

yes, but the original instance of the ‘Sold By’ text needs to be removed. I have found the code on your forum to do this.
