Hi support,

I understand that we can only setup the live chat module settings for talkjs, whatsapp and fb messenger. I have 2 questions here, to have a test on the livechat module using talkjs, we have to purchase their plan right? For whatsapp and fb messenger, buyer will be redirected to the vendor’s whatsapp/fb messenger chatbox right?

Thanks for your queries . Yes, talk.js requires you to purchase their plan .
However, for Whatsapp / FB Messenger, the buyer will get a pop up window in the vendor shop page from where they can continue chatting with the vendor while scrolling through the website.
As OrderConvo is a third party plugin we are not sure about its settings and functionality . You can contact the responsible plugin author to understand its settings better.
