We have changed our store to use the load more button when browsing through product. This works 100% on store pages but all page navigation disapears on the vendor store page

It seems like the issue is happening because of some conflict with your customisation. So to be sure kindly deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce MultiVendorX and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront and check whether the navigation issue still persist.

Deactivated plugin changed to alternative theme. Used slug URL for vendor store to access and still the loadmore button does not show

Can you please create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can look into it and assist you further. Also please do share a video of the issue that you are facing so it will be easier for us to check.

In our plugin’s default structure, the vendor store page’s pagination is implemented using the same code as WooCommerce. If your theme followed this approach, the “load more” button would function correctly. However, it seems that the “load more” option has been introduced through customizations by your theme.

Since the vendor store page is a custom taxonomy page, we recommend reaching out to your theme support team and requesting them to apply the necessary modifications to enable the “load more” button on the vendor store page. For reference, you can share this code file: https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/blob/main/classes/class-mvx-frontend.php and refer them to line 965.
