Hi,
Is there a way for vendors to just enter their PayPal email when signing up or in their dashboard and I will make manual payouts?
I don’t want to set up any automatic payment options (PayPal Split/Stripe Split) and will just accept payments from Stripe and make weekly payouts to vendors through PayPal manually.
There is an option for PayPal email in the vendor registration form which I am using, but how can a vendor change/update their PayPal email ID in the dashboard section? There is no option for vendors to do that.
Also, will this “PayPal email” field show up in the commissions CSV? How can I include this field so I know which payment goes to which vendor?
Please see attachments.
Thanks and Happy Navratri! 🙂

>>If you do not want the payment to be automatic to the vendor then you just need to simply disable the automatic payment options from the module submenu of MultiVendorX(https://prnt.sc/1BnC_dtu3i-X).
–There is an option for PayPal email in the vendor registration form which I am using, but how can a vendor change/update their PayPal email ID in the dashboard section? There is no option for vendors to do that.
>>We have checked this on our end and there is no such issue. The paypal email does come on the vendor dashboard that the vendor has put during registration. And the field can be updated too. Kindly check the video https://watch.screencastify.com/v/Dsb8T1bvR4k8xslH5u5u.
As you are facing an issue, kindly check if you have enabled paypal masspay/paypal payout payment modules from the MultiVendorX modules submenu in the admin dashboard or not(https://prnt.sc/tHv1yHXdHDNi).

>>We do have support to show the recipient email in the commission CSV. Kindly check carefully as it is showing on our end perfectly.p.s. Our office is closed due to holidays (20th to 24th Oct). Hence, the response might get delayed.
