The table on the membership page of the dashboard is too wide on phones and cannot scroll it so it is not possible to cancel subscription from phone. i have tried reverting to twenty twnty-one theme to see if it was theme issue but it is the same.

It seems like some plugin/theme issue on your end. Can you please create a staging site and share the admin access so we can check.
While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
