Hi support,

When membership module is toggled on, [vendor_registration] will show membership plans before registration form. Once user clicked subscribe button and go to the registration form, there is a button named back to plan page which allows the user to go back to the page of membership plans. However, on the membership plans, the subscribe button from [mvx_vendor_plan], when clicked, does not direct a user back to the registration form, instead it directs back to the membership plans again. Could you please check in this regard?

I’ll attach photos and videos of the flow. In short, the [mvx_vendor_plan] button cannot direct user to the registration form. Is this shortcode still usable? Yesterday, the “back to plan page” button from [vendor_registration] will redirect user to the page set in MVX membership settings page but today seems like you guys already made some changes? It became redirecting a user back to the plan selection page from [vendor_registration].

Chris, ut seems like theme/plugin conflict issue, becasue I have created a new page https://unihome2u.com/membership-test/
We faced the same issue there.

Can we disable them for testing purpose?

Hi,

Since WooCommerce is deactivated prior to its extensions, the site was down due to critical error. I have deactivated the WooCommerce Accommodation Bookings plugin that cause this issue. You may continue to proceed with the test. Thanks
