Sorry for so many questions lately, but I really need your help.

1. I found the code in your forum from plugin developers and it works great.

But the problem is, if there is an order from 2 vendors – the message does not indicate for which vendor the order needs to be increased.
I saw that this topic has already been raised, but unfortunately many messages are hidden.

Please tell me how to put the name of the vendor (maybe a link?) So that the error message contains the name of the vendor.
I mean this message:

2. How to hide other seller’s shipping methods if seller’s free shipping is available ((Delivery method – by zones, Seller’s shipping) + automatic selection of this free shipping method.
I have a working code for woocommerce, but of course it doesn’t work with the vendor’s free shipping.
