I install and activate WCMp Mangopay Marketplace plugin.

In the checkout I only find the radio-button with Mangopay without any symbols. In the documentation from mangopay, you see, that mangopay offer many more payment methods than creditcard, but I can´t find it. https://docs.mangopay.com/guide/testing-payments

In the payment settings I can only enable/disable mangopay at all, but not configure the single payment methods like I can do it in stripe.
So where can I find and configure the other methods like Giropay, Sofort, iDeal, PayLib, SEPA Bankwire?

I other plugins (VC-Vendors) you can configure it as well https://www.mangopay.com/de/mgp-wp-documentation/

I hope it is clear what I mean and what is missing?!

In this class you developer can have a look how mangopay implemented the different payment methods

Thank you for sharing the idea with us. Currently our team is working for WCMp 3.6 version which will have WPML, elementor, wholesale concept and many more. Once it is ready then they will work on Mangopay plugin.
We will forward these ideas for our future update. However sharing an ETA will be difficult as it requires a lot of testing.
