Hello @Redilson , thank you for getting in touch with us.
Our answers are inline with yours ,
1.See attached for misspellings on shipping page.
>>
Thank you for letting us know. We will fix this in our next update.
You can keep track from the github link :
https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/issues/9212.Can you explain what the two fields for “Publish Products” checkbox and “Publish needs admin approval” are? I’ve always had the box unchecked for Publish Products so submitted products have to be approved by an Admin before publishing, so not sure what the new “Publish Products” checkbox will do.
>> The settings “Publish needs admin approval” , lets admin monitor what changes are added by the vendor. So the admin can publish the changes. However in our next update we will modify the text.3.Was there a change in a recent update to the New Product Submitted email? It used to be that it would only email on the initial submit. Now, it appears to send the email anytime the Submit button is pushed on the vendor view. Thanks for the info.
>> Yes we have added new change of coupon email inside this mail.
But can you please explain your issue a bit more with some screenshot or a video capture. So we can recreate and fix this. -

Thanks. For #2, the “Publish needs admin approval” already lets the Admin monitor as the product has to be Submitted by the vendor before it’s published, which is done by the Admin. So, I’m still not clear what the “Publish needs admin approval” does that’s different.
#3: The email that goes out has a default subject of: [{blogname}] New {post_name} submitted by {vendor_name} – {product_name}. The email getting sent in the latest version says “Coupon” for the {post_name} default. If you do a test product submission you’ll see it.
On my original request, there’s no way to do a video really (i don’t want to show my inbox). It’s just sending the New Vendor Product email each and every time the Submit button is pushed by the vendor. It used to only send the New Vendor Product email once….regardless of how many times it was Submitted.

hi
Our replies are inline
“Publish needs admin approval” already lets the Admin monitor as the product has to be Submitted by the vendor before it’s published,
As you can see in the dashboard we have the following options : submit products , publish products and publish needs admin approval . Now if the admins want to provide their vendors with the ability to submit the products they will enable the submit product option .
Now after enabling the publish product option the vendors can directly publish their products , in this case the admin cannot preview / edit / or simply read through the products updated by the respective vendors .
The publish with admin approval option sends email to admin whenever the vendor modifies a product. It also enables the admin to verify each change made by the vendor to an existing product.
The email that goes out has a default subject of: [{blogname}] New {post_name} submitted by {vendor_name} – {product_name}. The email getting sent in the latest version says “Coupon” for the {post_name} default. If you do a test product submission you’ll see it.
