Hello,
I would like to know if it’s possible to customize the id verification part,
we basically need another type of legal document to be loaded instead of id verification
is it possible?

It is also possible to enable a button which swaps roles from Customer to Vendor on customer clicking a button like “become a vendor?

If you’d like your vendors to upload a different document for ID verification, you can simply rename one of the existing options using the Loco Translate plugin. This will allow you to customize the label as needed.
