Hi,
As your loyal premium customer, I am facing a list of bugs and errors with the MVX API. I kindly request your attention to resolve these issues, which are high in severity.

See the attached listed issues below.
Please share with me an estimation for resolving these issues. Thank you!!!

1. On every ‘update’ call, the following fields are being replaced with empty strings:
first_name, last_name, email, URL

2. The following fields are read-only and cannot be overridden:
shop.title, shop.image, shop.banner

3. Cannot save ‘%F2’ symbol (in first_name / last_name fields)

4. Cannot save ‘+’ symbol at the beginning of address.phone
5. Cannot save ‘0’ symbol at the beginning of address.phone

6. The field ‘Social.google_plus’ is broken and cannot store any data
7. Once a social link is set (social.facebook for example), it cannot be deleted

>> We have added a fix in our github for this. Kindly download the fixed MultiVendorX plugin from here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1msIVDT0uZvmJDBYXz_r1QotvlE0IU752/view?usp=sharing and check on your end.

>> We have already added a fix for this in our currently released MultiVendorX(4.1.5) so kindly check with the latest versions of both MultiVendorX (4.1.5) and MultiVendorX Pro (1.3.1).
6. The field ‘Social.google_plus’ is broken and cannot store any data
> We do not have support for google plus anymore on our end. We just have the support for the social media platforms shown in the screenshot here https://tinyurl.com/28ttdbwe.

If you still face the issues with the latest versions please do create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can check the issue on your end.
While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.
