Hello,
I tried to fix the comission as they was before on wcmp but it doesn’t work.
What i had was 7% +0.05$ commission per sale and then the 93% left -0.05$ left goes to the vendor
Then the website support the gateway charge that is included in the 7% +0.05$ (like 2.9% +0.30$ for paypal) then the website keep : 7-2.9 % + (0.05$ – 0.30$) = 4.1% + -0.25$show you 2 screenshot of the actuall config (tried many and all seems to end in the same result, commission for the vendor is only the delivery cost and i want the vendor to have the delivery + (93% -0.05$) commission of the product he sell or in other words the admin of the wesite to have 7% +0.05$ from each sale and then he support the gateway charge.

James we have calculated commission in our end by setting the commission percentage and other details as you have shared with us. After test we didn’t find any issue.
Here is the order details :
Product amount=220$
Admin commission =220*7% =(15.4+0.05)$=15.45$
Vendor is getting=220$-15.45$=204.55$I am attaching the screenshots of all the details:

Commission calculation :If you check the calculation, you can see that it is all right. So can you please explain what issue did you face or where do you need help.

I dont see on your screenshot who did you chose to support the payment gateway charge. i did chose vendor on my side (on the 1rst screenshot)
All the prices for comission you see on the 2nd screenshot it’s only the delivery price not the commission + delivery
3rnd screenshot to show the comission is at 0 and the delivery is the only gain that the vendor get.(you still have acces on the live website if you want to have a look, sharing the info in the private message bellow)

Hi James , we selected the vendor to bear the gateway charge.And as set by you the admin is getting 7%+0.05$ , Vendor is getting the rest amount (93%-0.05$).
The flow is working perfectly fine in our site. We added a vendor to your site but it is giving some issue while ordering.So can u please share a Vendor access with us so that we can check the flow in your site.

James as your site is a live site we are not testing there anymore instead we are sharing a video of the flow in our site .You can take help from there and apply it in your site.
