No mail notification for client when using variants

      Hello, I noticed that clients don’t receive an e-mail when a product is back in stock. It works fine when I change “global” availability of item, but I’m also using a variants (sizes of clothing) and if somebody signed for specific size and I restock ONLY this size (variant) there seems to be no e-mail trigger.

      Hello Adam, Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. However, we have checked the flow on our end and when a out of stock variant is coming back in stock the mails are getting triggered accordingly.
      Now on your end as you are facing issue with these mails, kindly use a plugin like Email log on your end and check the flow again.

      If still the issue persists please do create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can debug the issue by disabiling themes and plugins on your end.

      Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

      We checked the flow on your end and when an out of stock variation of a variable product is coming back in stock then the mail is getting triggered accordingly but your server is somehow blocking the emails from getting sent.       So kindly get in touch with your server regarding the permission required for these emails to be sent. They will be better to help you with this.
