4. No redirect to the “Thank you” page.

But the order is completed. The letters were sent to the client, the order is in the system.

Since the issue seems to be specific to your site, we suggest trying the following troubleshooting steps:
-Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX..
-Switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.
-Check if the issue still persists.

If the issue continues, please create a staging site (a copy of your live site) and share the following details with us: Staging site URL , Temporary admin credentials , FTP access
This will allow us to investigate the issue directly in your environment and assist you more effectively.

After searching for the problem, we found that the function is enabled:

WooCommerce – settings – additional – features.
Check the box: Block editor of emails (alpha version).
Leads to this result (the order is placed, but there is no redirection to the “thank you” page).

This is our fault, since the function is experimental and we did not take into account that it is still in the testing and data collection stage and compatibility is not guaranteed.
