      Hi, i received an order and money actually went through marketplace account fully. It’s not doing the split. Vendor’s dashboard order appeared as pending order and in his stripe account everything is 0.00. No pending transfer or upcoming transfers pending.

      Any ideas whats happening could we have a look? it worries me for future purchases

      Sorry for late reply, i was attending lots of things on other website and wasn’t able to reply earlier, also coz the problem seemed like fixed, but still keep having this problem with some connected stripe accounts, not with every account.

      If you check the backend orders 5986-6011 were processed successfully and stripe split was done as expected, but in order 6021 which is from a different seller, split wasn’t done, funds were totally into my account and i will need to transfer the funds manually to him.

      Let me know if we can recheck this thing and let me know if you need some information from my side on stripe account
