Dear Team,
I have been trying to activate the WCMP plugins but every time I input the API Key and Product ID. It shows Deactivated. Please help. I still have access for one more site.

In order to activate api key refer to this document- https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/getting-started-wcmp-add-ons/
Also deactivate your plugin once and then activate again.

@Sahil Shaikh, some of the plugins are already activated in 3 sites, that is why those are not getting activated, as you can see here: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/45IZpQM76DhysZDy8Kyg

The 3rd site domain is for @autostoreqa.com… Which is the access I provided to!
It is showing activated in wc-marketplace account details while it is showing not activated on our website!

@Sahil Shaikh, it seems like you have forgotten to deactivate the keys before plugin deactivation.

But not to worry, kindly check the active site lists from here: https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-keys/, kindly deactivate all the inactive sites.
