Hi,
I have tried to add the product from vendor account but it not adding. When i login through the vendor username password it’s showing me this alert which i shared on screenshot(error-1). After i tried to add the product it not adding just showing me loading. i waited more then 5 minutes it’s not going off. it is stay on loading part i shared the screenshot of console error and loading screenshot also (error-2).

Please help me out i don’t have idea what’s happening.

Sorry to hear that you faced this issue. As we can see you are using a third-party plugin. So we would request you to disable this third-party plugin, and use the default WCMp of the dashboard.

After that check the dashboard and add a product. Keep us posted.

Can you tell me which thrid party plugin has used there? because the project was maintaining by someone else before. I don’t know which third party plugin they have used. Can you tell me the third party plugin name which used in my project?

please help me out as soon as possible…

Hi,
As we are not aware of your install plugins, hence please goto your wp-admin >> Plugins, there you keep only WooCommerce and WCMp activated. Kindly delete rest of the plugins.

After that goto WCMp >> Settings >> Vendor >> Vendor Frontend and set Vendor dashboard page.

Then check our dashboard page again.
Alternatively you may share a temporary admin access so we can check too.
