Hi,
I am using pro version but not able to enable modules. e.g.Store component requires only MVX Pro, I have the license but unable to enable the module.

My question is most of the modules not able to access even though I am using pro version. e.g. razor pay etc

After updating the plugin also I am not able to enable the modules. Razor pay I need for direct settlement to my vendors. Most of the modules marked as x instead of tick mark.

What is the solution for this?

@Manigandan E V From your shared screenshot, it is clear that the MultiVendorX Pro is not active on your end. So kindly activate the plugin on your end first.
Now if you already have installed and activated the MultIvendorX Pro plugin on your end then at first deactivate that plugin from the plugin’s page and then activate it again and then go to MultiVendorX >>License, here put the Product API and Product id and then click on save changes.
