Hello WCMP Team,

We noticed that the Notify as Shipped email isn’t including the discounted price if the customer used a coupon in the order. Can this be fixed? Thank you for looking into it.

Wanted to clarify that this is for an Admin-created coupon, not a vendor coupon.

Hello thank you for connecting with us , as you can see from the attached screenshots and the loom video , this is absolutely working fine from our end ,
We have created a coupon named abc 50 from the admins end as you can see , on the specific product “ bundle test 1 “ . . It seems like there is some error in your site caused due to plugin/theme conflict, which is causing this issue. , Disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace for testing purposes and check again. If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.Let us know the result so we can help you out further.

Thanks for reviewing. However, that’s not the email I’m talking about. Yes, coupons function properly and in the order emails it does show the discount.

I was talking about the “Notify as Shipped” email that goes to customers when the vendor adds in shipping information. That email does not have the discount in the product table, so it confused a customer as they knew they had paid less than what was shown in the email.
