I think there might be some issues with the counting of the categories of commissions. I’ve attached a screenshot of the current issue, but I’ve noticed in my preparation for go-live that when clearing down all the commissions into the trash folder ready to delete them that the category totals don’t add up.

I have put all my commissions into the Trash folder, but the ‘All’ and the ‘Unpaid’ are still showing a quantity. When clicking on those categories there are no records returned, with the wording ‘There are no records to display’.

Considering I put everything into trash, the category total is saying 28 but at the bottom of the screen it says there are 29.

I think there may be some counting issues.

I will have deleted all the trash by the time you look at this, so won’t be able to show you on my website any longer. This is something I wanted to raise in case there is a bug.

Additionally, once you delete everything in the trash, the category Trash still shows 29 when it should refresh to 0. You have to click on the Commissions menu to refresh in order for the number to go to 0.

One other thing is that making any deletions of commissions doesn’t confirm the deletion with the user. Seems very dangerous that it just goes ahead and does it without making sure the user wanted to perform that action.

We have already added fix for the issue in our latest update. Kindly update the MultiVendorX plugin to the latest version and check on your end.
