Dear team,
We were testing the vendor dashboard to check if everything was in line and found that as a vendor we are not able to change the status from the section shown in the screenshot.
Can you please let us know as soon as possible! -

@waqas-4549, yes all the bulk edit section has the issue, that is why it is taking a bit of time.

The single order page works every now and then, but it’s not working consistently.
Furthermore, all the bulk order updates in the vendor dashboard are not working as well such as the orders, products, etc…

Please fix this as soon as possible, as we already have one official vendor registered and is about to add their products.Looking forward to your reply!

Hello,
Regrading the order bulk action, its fixed in our latest fixed, kindly install the updated plugin from GIT : https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor
Regrading the product bulk action, we have found the issue at our end and you can track it from here : https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/issues/775
We will fix it in our next update.

I will request you remove the previous plugin and install the updated plugin and check the same. So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/archive/master.zip, follow these steps :
– Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
– Unzip the GitHub plugin
– Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
– Install this plugin on your site.
